When you will come to your onboarding meeting, you must have these documents with you:

  • Social security number (card is not necessary if you know your number)
  • Void cheque for pay deposit, along with the pay deposit form
  • Birth certificate
  • Diploma or academic transcript that specify that the program is complete
  • Previous employers’ certification (indicating job title, functions, number of hours worked and hiring and departure dates)
  • Professional corporation certification (if applicable)
  • Other relevant certification (if applicable)

It is very important to also bring the signed documents mentioned in steps 1, 2, 3, 4 (managers only), 5 and 8.
