|The effects of sleep restriction/extension on children with ADHD: What a difference an hour makes?|
Principal investigator : Reut Gruber
Sleep is essential for a child’s ability to pay attention and regulate behaviour during the day. The goal of the study is to determine whether children can improve their attention and behaviour by sleeping more, and whether an insufficient amount of sleep is a factor that affects their difficulties during the day.
Les parents will find if one hour makes a difference in their child’s ability to pay attention and behave better during the day.
- Children aged 7 to 11
- Children with or without ADHD or other attention problems
