Description of the study :
The study measures how the volume of the hippocampus, a small brain region involved in learning and memory, is related to memory performance and levels of the stress hormone named cortisol.

Functionning
- The study involves four visits
- Samples of saliva will be taken at various times for analysis of cortisol
- Memory and verbal abilities, as well as personality traits will be measured
- Pictures of your brain will be obtained by a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan
Eligibility criteria :
To be eligible for the study, you have to be aged between 60 and 75 years.
