Lynne McVey named a Woman of Distinction by the Women's Y

Lynne McVey has been named a Woman of Distinction in the Health Category by the YWCA of Montreal.
Considered a leader in the field of nursing, Ms. McVey will be honoured at the 20th Women of Distinction Awards Benefit Evening on September 30 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
For many years, Lynne McVey has been an advocate for an innovative model and structure for clinical activities management based on a sustained partnership between nurses and doctors. This is one of the reasons that she was nominated for this award.
Since the very first edition of the Women of Distinction Awards in 1994, 220 winners have been publicly honoured at an annual benefit evening.
