Sunday October 19, Minister Bolduc unveiled the second phase of the gouvernment of Québec's information and awareness advertising campaign on mental health. The Douglas was there. The Minister opened his speach by acknowledging the presence of Jacques Hendlisz and of Dr. Jean-Bernard Trudeau, from the Douglas Institute.

"The key message is that anyone can suffer from depression", said Minister Bolduc.

The campaign will roll out on television, radio, Internet and billboards.
