If you are hired on a part-time basis (status 2, 3, 4, an 5*), after your onboarding meeting, you will have to report to the Replacement Central Office, located at the Dobell Pavilion, room B-1109,  to fill out  your availability forms.

  • FIIQ: First Tuesday of the month
  • FTQ (technical, auxiliary): Second Tuesday of the month
  • APTS: Third Tuesday of the month
  • FTQ (administrative personnel members): Fourth Tuesday of the month
  • Non-Unionized and management personnel: anytime
