Our dissatisfaction with our bodies and our difficult relationship with food often stem from the disconnect that occurs between our minds and bodies because of our hectic lifestyle. There will be no talk of rapid weight-loss diets or miracle foods during this presentation. Instead, we will show you how to go back to basics with good nutrition and a positive attitude. We will also present strategies for feeling better in your body and having a better relationship with food using a mindfulness approach.
