Now in its 11th year, the 5/30 Challenge is as popular as ever. Its objective is to encourage Quebecers to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, and take a mental break each day.

Once again this year, the Douglas Institute is one of the organizations supporting the 5/30 Health and Wellness Challenge.
