The Douglas – Bell Canada Brain Bank has almost 3000 human brain specimens. Established in 1980, it is the oldest brain bank in Canada, and one of the two largest reserves of autopsied brains in the country.

The Wellington Centre is a psychosocial rehabilitation and community support centre (SPECTRUM) aimed at demystifying mental illness and educate those with severe mental health disorders.

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Specialized Housing Program helps adults of any age with a severe mental disorder return to and stay in the community.
